Book in a time for your vehicle by the lorry doors for set up and break down!
Once logged in, click "Make a Booking." Select the event name: Uncrewed Tech Expo 2025. Enter your stand type: Space Only or Shell Scheme. Choose the phase: Build or Breakdown, and select your date. Select the access point closest to your stand. Please refer to the floorplan below and use the Lorry Doors labeled N18 & N19 to help you choose the most suitable access point. Select your vehicle type and preferred time slot. Click Next to confirm your booking details.
